About McNeil Management
McNeil Management Services, Inc. is owned and operated by Doug and Pamela Pinner. While serving as a board member in her own community, Pamela learned first-hand the challenges a board of directors must face on an ongoing basis. Through this experience, she realized the need for a responsible, affordable and caring management company in the local area. Together, Doug and Pamela created McNeil Management Services, Inc. in direct response to this need.
McNeil Management currently manages numerous communities consisting of single-family residential, townhome and villa HOA’s ranging in size from 37 to 750+ homes. We have had great success in collecting past due assessments, revitalizing common areas, improving overall community appearance and maintaining values within each of our managed communities. Our clients are located in the Brandon, Valrico, Riverview, Mango, Dover, Tampa, Fishhawk, Plant City, Seffner, Apollo Beach, Lithia, Gibsonton and Lutz areas of Hillsborough County.
